Returns Policy

Overview

We are happy to offer a refund on goods purchased online subject to the following conditions.

Physical Products (Goods)

You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods.  You may inform us by email to info@fortunespharmacy.ie quoting your order reference number.  Please include your name, address and contact phone number. You may also inform us in writing to our postal address:

You then have a further 14 days to return your order.

Services

Your cooling off period starts the moment you sign up to any contract for service.  It ends 14 days after you sign the contract.  If you are in the possession of any equipment owned by Fortune’s Pharmacy and supplied to you in connection with any service then you have a further 14 days to return this equipment

Digital Content

Your cooling period concerning the purchase of any digital content from us starts the moment you sign any relevant contract.  It ends 14 days after you sign.  If you download or stream the relevant content then your right to a cooling off period automatically ends.

Please package the goods carefully in packaging that will protect them during transport. You must pay the cost of shipping the goods back to us for goods that are not faulty.  We recommend that you avail of a tracked postage or shipping service.  

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.  Any carriage charges paid by you to us as part of the original transaction will also be refunded. 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
