Lubrisyn HA+ is a food supplement containing high molecular weight hyaluronic acid as well as Vitamin D3, copper, manganese and magnesium.

How to take
Take 15mls once daily for two weeks then reduce to 10mls once daily thereafter. Take at least 20 minutes before food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose and remember that nutritional supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
