Nurofen Durance

Nurofen Durance is a medicated plaster used to treat pain associated with muscle strains or joint sprain in the arms or legs.

Active Ingredient

Each plaster contains Ibuprofen 200mg as the active ingredient.  Please see product packaging for a full list of other ingredients.  Pack size is 30g.

Who can use Nurofen Durance?

Nurofen Durance can be used by adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over.

Dose

Apply one plaster to the affected area once daily.  Leave on for 24 hours before replacing with a fresh plaster.  Do not exceed 5 days of treatment.

Side Effects and Cautions

Reported side effects include tummy upset and irritation at application site..  Please see product literature for a full list of possible side effects.  Do not use Nurofen Durance if you are allergic to any ingredients.  Avoid contact with the eyes, lips or mucous membranes and take care not to apply to skin that is broken or inflamed.  This medicine is for external use only and should not be taken.

Pregnancy or Breastfeeding

Do not use this medicine if you are in the third trimester of pregnancy.  If you are in the first or second trimesters you should contact your GP or hospital doctor before use.  Nurofen Durance is unlikely to affect breast fed infants.

How to Store Nurofen Durance

Store Nurofen Durance below 25ºC and remember to keep all medicine out of sight and reach of children. You should return any unused or date expired medicines to your pharmacist for safe destruction.
