Difflam Oral Rinse

Difflam Oral Rinse is used to relieve painful inflammation of the mouth and throat.  It is suitable in the following conditions

• Mouth Ulcers
• Sore throat
• Radiation therapy
• Following dental procedcures
• Following a tonsillectomy

Who is this medicine for?

This medicine can be used by adults and children aged 12 yeard and older.

How to use Difflam Oral Rinse

Rinse or gargle with 15ml every one and a half to three hours as required for pain relief.  Spit out after use and do not swallow.

Precautions

Do not use Difflam Oral Rinse if you are allergic to any of the active ingredients.  If you feel that the product is not working or if your symptoms are getting worse please check with your doctor or pharmacist.  Possible side effects include numbness and a stinging feeling in the mouth.

Pregnancy and Breast Feeding

If you are pregnant of breast feeding, you should check with your doctor before using this medicine.

Ingredients

Contains Benzydamine Hydrochloride 0.15% w/v as the active ingredient.  Please see product packaging for a full list of other ingredients.  Pack size 300ml.

How to store Difflam Oral Rinse

Do not store  Difflam Oral Rinse above 25°C.  Do not use the product after the expiry date marked on the pack.  Keep all medicines out of reach of children and remember to return all unused or out of date medicines to your pharmacy for safe disposal.
