Oraldene Mouthwash

Oraldene Mouthwash is used to relieve painful inflammation of the mouth and throat.  It is suitable in the following conditions

• Mouth Ulcers
• Sore throat
• Sore gums
• Gingivitis (inflamed gums)
• Following dental procedures

Who is this medicine for?

This medicine can be used by adults and children aged 6 years and older.

How to use Oraldene Mouthwash

Rinse or gargle with 15ml twice or three times daily as required for pain relief.  Spit out after use and do not swallow.

Precautions

Do not use Oraldene Mouthwash if you are allergic to any of the active ingredients.  If you feel that the product is not working or if your symptoms are getting worse please check with your doctor or pharmacist.  Possible side effects include numbness and a stinging feeling in the mouth.

Pregnancy and Breast Feeding

If you are pregnant of breast feeding, you should check with your doctor before using Oraldene Mouthwash.

Ingredients

Contains Hexetidine 0.1% w/v as the active ingredient.  Please see product packaging for a full list of other ingredients.  Pack size 300ml.

How to store Oraldene Mouthwash

Do not store Oraldene Mouthwash above 25°C.  Do not use the product after the expiry date marked on the pack.  Keep all medicines out of reach of children and remember to return all unused or out of date medicines to your pharmacy for safe disposal.
