Flixonase Allergy Relief

Flixonase Allergy Relief is a steroid nasal spray used to relieve the symptoms of allergies to pollen (hayfever), pet hair, dust mites or mould spores.  These symptoms include sneezing, itchy nose, nasal congestion, sinus pain or pressure, and runny nose or eyes.

Active Ingredient

Each dose of spray contains 50 micrograms of Fluticasone Proprionate as the active ingredient.  Please see product packaging for a full list of other ingredients.  Each pack contains 60 doses.

Who can use Flixonase Allergy Relief?

Flixonase Allergy Relief  can be used by adults aged 18 years and over.

Dose

Two sprays in each nostril once daily. Shake gently before use and only use in the nose.  Do not use for more than 6 months continuously and check with your doctor if your symptoms have not improved after 7 days

Side Effects

Side effects include nose bleeds and headache.  Please see patient information leaflet for a full list of known side effects.

Pregnancy or Breastfeeding

Consult your doctor before using if you are pregnany or breastfeeding.

Storage

Store Flixonase Allergy Relief below 30ºC and remember to keep all medicine out of sight and reach of children. You should return any unused or date expired medicines to your pharmacist for safe destruction.
